Quarters is a real estate company based in New York which specializes in high-end real estate.  The clientele of Quarters consists of a-list buyers including businessmen and sports figures such as NBA stars. Quarters needed a logo design which embraced a classic look with a touch of modern urbanism to communicate to its’ target audience.

The focus of this logo identity was to combine the letter “Q” which represents the name “Quarters,” with an original emblem logo design. Much like the emblem styles found on high-end cigar logo design, cigar label design and luxury automobile logo design. Parts of several classic motifs from different time periods were combined to help create the emblem design. At the end of the logo design process, it was decided to keep the logo identity black and void of using any color, to stay true to a classic nature.
